"Imagine a touring musical show that could play anywhere and run forever."

We're taking the hottest hip-hop dancers, cheerleaders, drum lines, horn players, mascots and freestyle basketball players we can find, dividing them into Eastside versus Westside and setting them loose in a hot, sweaty gym.

Each show hangs on a freestyle basketball game - with the clock running and the score mounting - punctuated with bold bursts of dance-offs and band battles, mascot antics and a halftime extravaganza.

It's a show with mass appeal.

Our closest business comparison is The Harlem Globetrotters. But Hoop de Ville is its own beast – fresh and sexy, filled with street and youth, and pulsing with heat.

Hoop de Ville has a multi-cultural cast of young men and women performers. They're college-age: accomplished musicians, dancers, cheerleaders and ballers. Performers who reached their peaks at schools like Florida A&M and Michigan, Brooklyn College and UCLA.

The live show is adaptable. 42 performers, uniforms, costumes, instruments, a hardwood floor and two hoops. That's it. No need for special sets or fantastic effects. No intricate rigging.
